Organising gramsabhas in UBA adopted villages

Unnat Bharat Abhiyan regional workshops have been organized in different regions of the country. The major thrust of the workshops was to plan the activities in village clusters adopted by the PI’s. Each PI should identify at least 2-3 issues related to the village based on the survey and interaction with the villagers they have adopted.

Now the immediate objective is to organize Gram Sabha under the chairmanship of sarpanch in each of the villages and announce the prioritised issues/problems of village and their solutions by PIs on Independence Day.

All the participating institutions are requested to kindly send the prioritised identified issues immediately on email to IIT Delhi. This should be completed latest by 13th August, 2018. The received information will be compiled and announced to the national media by the Ministry of HRD, New Delhi.
